The Jackson National Weather Service is calling for potentially strong storms. As of right now for Tuesday, Mississippi will be in an area of strong warm air advection, low level moisture, and some surface heating. Due to the cold front that will be passing through our area tomorrow, there may be a slight risk of severe weather. The NAM and the GFS have the highs for tomorrow in the 70s and the lows around the low 30s, so the temperatures will be dropping significantly from tonight’s forecast low of the low 60s. Rain chances will be high tomorrow at 70 percent.
